What it is

Faces do not age by sagging alone. They lose volume — fat pads shrink, bone remodels, and the structure that held everything up quietly gives way. Filler restores that support.

Placed well, filler is structural rather than cosmetic: a small amount at the cheekbone can lift the midface more convincingly than filling the line it caused. That is why we assess the whole face rather than the wrinkle you point at.

We also dissolve. If you have had filler elsewhere that migrated or looks heavy, hyaluronidase starts at $350 and we are happy to reset before rebuilding.

Good candidate

  • Volume loss in cheeks or temples
  • Jawline or chin definition
  • Under-eye hollowing
  • Correcting previous filler

Not yet / not a fit

  • Significant skin laxity — filler will not lift it
  • Active skin infection
  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Wanting a whole face done in one visit

How it works

Diagram of facial volume loss
01

Support is lost

Fat pads and bone recede with age, so the overlying skin has less to sit on and folds appear.

02

Structure is rebuilt

Gel is placed at the right depth — often on bone — to restore the support rather than fill the crease.

The face reads lifted

Restoring the foundation softens the folds it was causing, without stretching the skin.

Questions

Will I look done?

Not if the plan is structural. Overfilled faces come from chasing individual lines with product. We assess proportion first and often use less than people expect.

How many syringes will I need?

Cheeks typically take two, a jawline two to three, chin one. You will get an exact plan and total at consultation — never a surprise at the end.

What is facial balancing?

Treating the face as one structure rather than isolated areas — chin, jaw, cheeks and lips in proportion. It is priced per syringe and planned across one or more visits.

I have filler from somewhere else and I hate it. Can you help?

Yes. Hyaluronidase dissolves hyaluronic acid filler, from $350. We usually dissolve, wait two weeks, then rebuild from a clean base.

Is it safe under the eyes?

In experienced hands, yes — but it is the least forgiving area on the face. Under-eye filler is a separate assessment and not everyone is a candidate.

Prices start at the listed amount and are subject to change. Consultation may be required. Results are not guaranteed, and multiple treatments may be needed.
