You are not charged for a consultation and you are not expected to book on the day. If a treatment is not right for you, you will be told so.
Photographs are taken under consistent lighting so that progress is judged against a record rather than a memory.
Units, areas, sessions and total cost are agreed out loud before any treatment begins.
Appointments are one-on-one. No rotating providers and no overlapping bookings.
Before-and-after photographs are taken under consistent lighting, unretouched, and shown with the number of sessions it took. Results vary from person to person.
