01 — About

A nurse who reads the face.

Sheyda is the injector half of SK. She is a registered nurse who trained at Austin-Weston, The Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Reston alongside board-certified plastic surgeons, and she reads a face the way a clinician does — anatomy first, product second.

Her sister Shima handles the skin. Sheyda handles what sits underneath it, and the two of them plan complicated cases together rather than treating in isolation.

04 — Concerns

What she treats

Lines and movement

Frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet, softened without erasing expression.

Lost volume

Cheeks, temples and jawline that have flattened over time.

Lips

Definition, hydration and balance, in proportion to the rest of the face.

Under-eye hollows

Tear-trough shadowing — assessed carefully, because not every under-eye is a filler case.

Filler you regret

Migration, lumps and overfilling from previous work, dissolved and reset.

Thinning hair, low energy

PRP for the scalp, and IV and vitamin therapy for hydration and recovery.

05 — Method

How she works

Anatomy first, product second.

Filler is a tool, not a plan. She maps the face before she draws anything up, because the part that reads as hollow is very often not the part that needs treating.

Less, then reassess.

She would rather bring you back in two weeks than overfill in one sitting. Filler settles, and a face that looks right on day one can look heavy by day fourteen.

She will say when the answer is no.

Some requests are better served by a different treatment, a longer timeline, or a surgeon. She will tell you which, and why.

06 — Your visit

What actually happens

01

You talk first, nobody injects.

The consultation is a conversation about what bothers you, not a sales pitch for a syringe. If treating today is not right, she will say so.

02

She assesses the whole face.

Movement, symmetry, bone structure and what previous treatment has left behind. Volume loss in one place often shows up as a problem somewhere else.

03

You agree the plan and the number before anything happens.

Product, amount and cost, out loud, before she opens anything. No surprises at checkout.

04

You are seen again at two weeks.

Filler and neuromodulators both need time to settle. The follow-up is when the result is actually judged, and adjusted if it needs it.

07 — Worth knowing

These are medicines.

Neuromodulators and fillers are prescription medical treatments, not beauty products. They are administered by a licensed registered nurse under physician oversight, results are temporary, and individual outcomes vary. A consultation is required before any first treatment.
